At Guifff, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent shipping experience. Every order is carefully processed and delivered straight to your doorstep through trusted carriers.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our fulfillment centers to ensure dependable service and timely delivery.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality inspection

  • Secure packaging

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier network, or order volume.

4. Carriers

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure secure and timely delivery, including 4PX, Yun Express, FedEx, and USPS (for final delivery).

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

You can also check your shipment anytime through our Track Your Order page.

Please allow 2–5 business days after shipping for tracking details to appear in the system.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost.

6. Delivery Notes

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a residential or business address for successful delivery.

  • If your tracking appears inactive for a few days, this is normal while your package transitions between international carriers. Once the package arrives in the U.S., it will be updated by USPS.

7. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: $5.90

  • Express Shipping: $9.90

We do not charge any extra fees for split or multi-item shipments.
